HELP!! I NEED AN ADMIN
ASSISTANT TO RUN
ME AND MY BUSINESS!!
I am in sales and ready to take it to the next level.
I need someone to take care of the detail. Book my diary, handle my calls and generally allow me to do what I do best make sales. The position is part time, 20 hours per week.
You need
great computer skills. Period!!
Excellent communication skills especially
phone manner
Strong organisational and time management
skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Flexible, accommodating nature and able
to work in a team environment
A Certificate of Registration or willingness
to acquire one as soon as possible at your
own expense
And an ability to handle the detail and
manage the stuff that I can\'t do anymore.
A complete finisher is required here. You
will work out of an office. Saturday work
would be available and the less I need to
manage you the more I will pay.
There is an opportunity to prove yourself and then go onto bonuses as the business grows.
