WIP Clerk

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

As the WIP Clerk the main duties will be the work in progress for the site. 

Other responsibilities of the role include:

  • Job set up and closure
  • Purchase order entry and receipting
  • Expediting purchase orders
  • Backorder reporting
  • Requesting quotations
  • Customer invoicing
  • Time sheet entry
  • Labour and job allocations and reconciliations
  • Ensuring WIP and invoicing deadlines are met
  • Parts backorder reporting and follow up
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Adhering to all Sandvik policies and procedures especially the EHS policies

YOUR PROFILE

You will be highly computer literate with preferably data entry skills in job management, invoicing, quoting & time keeping.  Experience in Microsoft Office suite is a must with previous experience in the Aurora  system favorable.

Your communication skills contribute to effective  teamwork and in establishing quality customer relationships.  You will need to be flexible with your work hours to fit in with operational requirements.
